Northamptonshire’s past in the Winter
Please join us for our last meeting of the year when we take a look at seasonal stories from the locality, including some snippets about local Christmas customs.
Local historian Jon-Paul Carr has wide-ranging knowledge about Northamptonshire’s people and places. His grandparents were village bakers in Irchester, where he now lives and is a member of the parish history society, but his expertise covers the whole of the county. Jon-Paul has authored a number of local history books and gives regular talks on Northamptonshire’s history.
